The system consists of three basic divisions:
mobile network.
• NFC mobile telephone: device for confirming presence
• NFC tag: control point for confirming presence
• Software for system administration

NFC – Near Field Communication is an implementation of RFID technology into mobile phones. NFC works as a device that reads and writes data on RFID chip. In our system you can use two different mobile telephones: Nokia 6212 and Nokia 6131. With our own software we have changed those mobile telephones into devices for confirming presence on working field. We also took care for all the accessories, which provide additional robust- ness of devices and increase their functionality.
The usage is very simple. Security guide puts the
device near (distance of just a few cm) to the
control point (NFC tag), receives a signal (vibration, sound) which confirms registration and than the moves to the next control point. In the meantime, data From the NFC phone is transfered in the central location through the

System can be upgraded with additional functions, which are binded on
the certain control point, for example: lights and locks review, entering
different status,...). it can also be equiped with navigation that directs
security guard to the next control point.

NFC tag is a passive RFID chip. His dimensions are from 20 to 40 mm,
it can be in the form of a label, bacelet, pendant,... In our system it uses
as a control point, where a security guide touches it with the phone
and confirms its presence. NFC tags can work through glass, wood,
plastic and are also suitable for outdoor use. NFC tags provide high
level of flexibility when defining security guards round paths, because
we can simply just unstick them and remove them to another location.
We confirm the change of round path with NFC phone and the data is
refreshed on the administration system.
